Can I customise my affiliate link?
Yes, you can personalise your affiliate link to make it more recognisable and memorable for your audience, but the link must ultimately resolve to the link you are provided to register a sale with your account.
How often are affiliate payments processed?
Affiliate payments are processed monthly via PayPal, following the standard returns time for orders (14 days).
Payments are made to your paypal email address which you registered when signing up.
Is there a minimum payout threshold?
Yes, there is a minimum payout threshold of £10.00 before payments are processed.
Please be aware you may incur fees from Paypal for receiving the payment, which would be deducted from the total. We do not deduct any money from your earnings. Please check your account with Paypal for details.
Can I track the performance of my affiliate link?
Absolutely! You can easily track the performance of your affiliate link in real-time through our intuitive dashboard. Just login to your account from the menu at the top of this page, and then head to the Affiliate Hub to see your Dashboard.
Are there any restrictions on promotional methods?
While we encourage creative promotion, please refrain from engaging in any unethical or spammy promotional methods.
Anyone found to be using unsavoury methods of promotion will be permenently removed from the program.

Can I use my own purchases to earn commissions?
Unfortunately, purchases made using your own affiliate link are not eligible for commission earnings.
What if a customer returns a product purchased through my link?
In the event of a product return, any corresponding commission earned from the sale will be deducted from your account.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn through the affiliate program?
There is no limit to how much you can earn through our affiliate program. The sky's the limit!
Are there any incentives or bonuses for top-performing affiliates?
Not currently, but it may be something we consider in the future. Watch this space.
